Our office is in north St. Petersburg, Florida yet the territory for this position includes the greater Tampa Bay area and can expand to include the entire state and into other states depending on your individual skills and performance.
Product:
Review this Web site to learn about our product, Enroll DR, a physician credentialing software application. No other medical software company has a comparable product. We track our competitors very closely and are able to beat them on nearly every level of comparison including price, customer service, function, features and user-friendly issues.
Market Target:
Enroll DR has a very select, targeted market consisting of physicians, registered nurses, physician assistants, and many other physician extenders. The market also includes pharmacies, oxygen companies, chiropractors, dentists, physical therapists, etc. Identifying the decision makers and purchasing agents, their telephone numbers and addresses, is provided to you. Your job is selling and relationship building.
Marketing:
We use a very targeted market approach. We advertise in trade journals and publications catering to physician administrators and others who are directly responsible for purchasing. We prefer the individual approach over the mass-targeting approach. We use non-spam email communication and direct mailings to specific people whom we intend to close. Nearly all of our targets truly need our product. It's a matter of salesmanship to chart your way through their perceived needs, budget constraints and resistance to replace an existing system that they may have recommended. A demonstration of the product virtually sells itself.
Leads:
All leads are provided for a very targeted market. All calls are "warm" calls instead of "cold" calls in that we have identified our potential clients, their addresses, phone numbers and the buyer's names and titles. It's possible to make sales on the telephone but you will be required to make presentations to buyers in professional medical offices, board rooms and in front of group meetings.
Potential:
Sales Rep should be able to close sales daily. Some are single sales and some are relationships that involve hundreds or thousands of units. Our customers range from one-doctor offices to organizations that have tens of thousands of doctors. Each doctor needs our Enroll DR credentialing product. As you grow with the company there are opportunities for sales management, employee positions.
Compensation:
Very competitive. Must be a self-starter with the desire to earn high income. There is no limit to compensation. Income is only limited by desire and skill set. Sales to small offices will obviously require only a few units. However, we work with clients that require tens of thousands of units for their organization. You must be comfortable selling to both small and large groups.
Relationship:
This sales representative position is a contractor relationship during a probationary period of 90 days. With proven performance management is open to continuing the relationship on either an employee or a contractor relationship upon mutual agreement.
Profile:
We are seeking a professional, experienced person who presents well to both individuals and to groups. You need to have good telephone skills in addition to your in-person skills. You must be able to communicate effectively and be able to write well. You must have math skills commensurate with your English skills. You must be able to engage effectively with a wide range of people.
Requirements:
Sales experience is required. Software sales experience is desired but is not a requirement. Medical product sales experience is also desired but is not required. You must be aggressive. We are not looking for someone to simply occupy an office. We desire only those who are willing to set the appointment from our very targeted list, then go make the sale. You must have great presentation and meeting skills. You must have proven closing abilities. A professional demeanor is required.
