About Us The healthcare industry has created a tedious process that requires virtually unmanageable paperwork prior to allowing a physician to accept patients under additional payor programs. This process is expensive and time-prohibitive for busy physicians and their staffs. This painful process was the motivation for Enroll DR to create a simple to use, one-time input, electronic database system that automatically fills out the payor forms. There was a void in the marketplace for such a system… until now, with the introduction of the Enroll DR program that is both cost effective and an intuitive product that anyone can use. How Enroll DR solves the problem All Health Insurance Payors require that Physicians file Credentialing Packets prior to treating any patients under the payor's plan. For the most part, each payor has its own packet, differing somewhat from other payors. These packets can be up to 30 pages in length. The payors require that these packets be filed every year, or in some cases, every two years. A physician who participates in multiple payors' plans must fill out a packet for each payor with which he intends to contract. This is a time-consuming process, something that is painful for physicians and frustrating for administrators. Enroll DR© is a software program that greatly reduces the time a Medical Office Administrator or Manager spends filling out the Credentialing Forms required by Health Insurance Payors. This information is entered one time and remains in the database on the computer. As the information changes, or more information needs to be added, the database is easily updated, without having to re-enter all the information. When a physician needs to file a credentialing packet with a payor, all that is required is to pick that particular payor from a list and click print. The packet is then routed to the computer's printer.
