NON-PAYMENT/PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

ALL Internet Accounts in arrears are subject to immediate termination. Website Hosting Fees are due and payable on the beginning of each month, for that month. Other charges are due on receipt of an invoice. Should an account be terminated, all activity on said account will cease, including Web access, e-Mail access, and FTP access. If Enroll DR has collected, and is storing, information pertaining to Clients' customers, said customers will be notified via e-Mail, if possible, of actions taken, and their information will be returned to them and removed from our Database.

Should a dispute arise concerning an Internet Account, said account will not be terminated, but will be suspended until such time as the dispute is settled, either by mediation or judgment. While an account is suspended Web access, e-Mail access, and FTP access will also be suspended. If Enroll DR has collected, and is storing, information pertaining to Clients' customers, said customers will be notified via e-Mail, if possible, of said suspension and subsequent resolution. Return of customer information, and removal of said information, will then be at the option of the customer.

Any Agreement entered into by Enroll DR and its clients, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.
