Should a dispute arise concerning an Internet Account, said account will not be terminated, but will be suspended until such time as the dispute is settled, either by mediation or judgment. While an account is suspended Web access, e-Mail access, and FTP access will also be suspended. If Enroll DR has collected, and is storing, information pertaining to Clients' customers, said customers will be notified via e-Mail, if possible, of said suspension and subsequent resolution. Return of customer information, and removal of said information, will then be at the option of the customer. Any Agreement entered into by Enroll DR and its clients, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.
