Enroll DR Plans to Open a Branch Office in Tennessee
27 June 2007
Enroll DR plans to open a branch office in Sparta, Tennessee on Sept 1, 2007. The new office is primarily intended for development however some operational personnel will also relocate to Tennessee. The new branch idea was originated when one of the owners purchased retirement property in Tennessee then decided the Sparta area made sense as a growth opportunity.
According to Tom Ferguson, Vice President of Development, "The work force pool in the Sparta area is ready for this IT opportunity. Too many of the local IT specialists leave the Sparta area in search of a job. Now, Enroll DR will have the opportunity to hire some of this talent before it leaves the area." The land for the new Enroll DR building was acquired two years ago yet they just broke ground for the improvements this month. They expect this expansion to be seamless with no down time for Enroll DR users.
Enroll DR Forms Alliance with FLDIC Practice Solutions
15 May 2007
St. Petersburg, FL - Enroll DR has formed an alliance with FLDIC Practice Solutions located in Jacksonville, Florida. FLDIC is a professional liability insurance company formed in November 2005 that is privately held by a group of Florida residents who care about Florida healthcare and the future it holds. Because of this, their results are not managed to meet the expectations of Wall Street analysts or other outside parties but rather for the physicians they serve. Their management is comprised of a team of insurance industry veterans who have worked for a combined 128 years in the insurance industry, 80 of that specializing in Florida medical professional liability. Their backgrounds include management positions with insurance companies, insurance agencies and regulatory bodies throughout the state, which Enroll DR management stated was important in forming this new relationship. Enroll DR has an exclusive alliance with FLDIC-PS to provide electronic applications via Enroll DR's credentialing software package.
"This alliance gives FLDIC exclusive rights for physicians to access their malpractice application in our credentialing software in the state of Florida," said Tom Ferguson, Vice President of Development. He added, "That doesn't mean we won't entertain similar relationships with out-of-state insurers."

Enroll DR has unrivaled list of payor applications
2 May 2005
St. Petersburg, FL - Enroll DR has taken the lead in the provider credentialing software market with over 200 applications readily available for printing. In addition to Enroll DR's attractive pricing and commitment to customer service, the ability for users to quickly access over 200 payor applications including Medicare, Medicaid and many hospital forms, makes this software the most functional in the marketplace. According to their president, Laurel Beatty, "There are several entities in the credentialing software industry offering products that just don't work. We know because so many providers come to us after they've already made the mistake of buying a labor-intensive software product from someone else." Beatty also thinks they have more capabilities than others in the market, "Any product that requires you to scan and map your own applications is shifting the programming burden to the user and then charging them extra for that burden. Not only does Enroll DR do all the scanning and programming at no additional charge but we'll also add any credentialing application including government agencies and hospitals."
Proposed Price Increase
15 April 2005
St. Petersburg, FL - Enroll DR had projected a price increase for its popular credentialing software program. "It's been expected for some time by our customers however we're going to try to hold the same price points for the remainder of 2005. While the marketplace is changing in an effort to emulate our program, we'll still have the best product at the lowest price."

software will stay in effect until at least January 1, 2004.
15 August 2003
St. Petersburg, FL - While making no commitment as to what prices will take effect next year a company spokesman confirmed that, "...Enroll DR will remain priced at $399.00 for now." The software is unique in that it is the only product in the country that actually completes all of the blanks on all of the insurance payor forms that physicians must fill out before they are accepted into health
insurance networks. Enroll DR saw the need for a complete software program after reviewing dozens of existing products that fail to deliver what they promise. With Enroll DR, there is no scanning, no mapping and no more handwritten forms. With the click of a button the user can print any payor
form in the country. And if the needed form isn't already included in the package, Enroll DR will create that form for you for free. One customer reported that, "It's refreshing to do business with a software company that understands customer service."

The complexity of the credentialing process is simply caused by quantity
02 Nov. 2002
St. Petersburg, FL - Enroll DR certainly fills a void in the physician software market. And the people at EDR now know why. According to one source there are over 1,200 registered payors in the United States and nearly all of them have their own unique provider form and their own timetables for processing and re-credentialing. As stated by Mike Beatty, EDR's Director of Operations, "The complexity of the credentialing process is simply caused by quantity." He further explained that the credentialing process is easy from the payors' perspective. They only have to deal with one form and all of their people understand their own forms very well. It becomes difficult when you add multiple payors and multiple doctors to your practice. It's a nightmare for most administrators. Larger practices have full time staffs with several employees whose sole responsibilities are to process provider forms for payors. Smaller practices usually assign the credentialing role to an existing staff member. But in either case, until Enroll DR was introduced, there was no reliable, automated system to track physician information in a database format that can now be used to automatically print the forms.
Application of new database tools solve the credentialing quagmire
3 Oct 2002
St. Petersburg, FL - Enroll DR was founded in January 2001 for the express purpose of solving the problems caused by the seemingly endless provider forms that must be completed for each physician in the credentialing process.
After years on the administrative side of physician credentialing, two of the EDR team members are pleased that all of the hard work that went into the production of Enroll DR will also improve their own professional workload. EDR relies on its medical administration experts to make the software a good experience for its users. Designing and developing the software began with in-depth research into what aspects of the credentialing process were the real culprits and the almost obvious conclusion was that no one to date had built a dynamic database application that was still user-friendly. That sounded easy yet required months of additional work to fit the pieces together. And now, using groundbreaking database tools to provide a comprehensive solution for the physician credentialing quagmire, Enroll DR proudly announces the imminent release of its flagship product.
Enroll DR requires very little computer experience to operate
15 Sept 2002
St. Petersburg, FL - There's a help desk online and the customer service department is always available during office hours. You might have heard horrible stories about some of the other credentialing software companies that have tried to solve this problem before. None of that software was truly automated. They either required you to scan in your own forms, map your own information or made you feel as though you should be required to have a computer science degree just to use the software. Fortunately, Enroll DR has been especially designed with the user in mind. The input process is friendly and easy to follow. And the output process is only a button away… Just hit print!
